**One star only because zero isn’t an option.** I was a ClearFilm customer for roughly 5–7 years and trusted Murat and Jordan with several of our cars. This time I wanted to leave a **brand-new Rolls-Royce Ghost with them on August 28 for full-front PPF plus interior-trim PPF**, and I needed the car back by **September 5**. My request could not have been simpler: **if you cannot finish it by September 5, don’t start it.** I was perfectly fine if they couldn’t fit the job into their schedule. I just had to pick up my car on the 5th, with or without PPF. When the dealer delayed delivery, I notified them. After trying to call twice to coordinate, I received a passive-aggressive message saying they “didn’t appreciate” our previous conversation. When I called to ask what on earth that meant, I was told they were **offended because I paused and stayed silent during parts of our phone conversation while processing answers I apparently didn’t like.** Seriously. After 5–7 years as a customer, they turned **pausing during a business phone call** into a personal grievance. That is petty, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. This is the second vehicle Clearfilm has worked on for me, and once again they exceeded every expectation. The first time, I had a partial front‑end PPF installation done, and the results were fantastic — clean lines, flawless application, and a level of care that immediately stood out. Because of that great experience, I didn’t hesitate to return when I purchased my new Lexus. This time, I opted for a full front PPF install along with a ceramic coating on the entire vehicle. The transformation is incredible. The finish is deep, glossy, and absolutely beautiful. You can tell the work was done by people who take pride in their craft. I’ve had detailing and protection work done elsewhere in the past, but nothing has ever come close to the quality Clearfilm delivers. One of the things I appreciate most is that this is a family‑run business. Jordan and his family are genuinely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process, explained the products they use, and took the time to show me exactly how to maintain the ceramic coating so it continues to look its best for years to come. Fantastic results! Had PPF applied to the instrument panel to reduce glare and fingerprints, as well as to the piano black surfaces to protect them from scratches. The guys are clearly very talented at what they do, and must be sought out, as they were doing a full wrap on a new Ferrari SF90xx. This is my second time here, and will probably be back to do more surfaces.

Top notch job at a reasonable price. These guys are truly a family run business..There was some serious iron in the shop compared to my Porsche Macan., That tells you they are trusted craftsmen . Job was so good I bought my wife's Benz in a week later for a treatment.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Clearfilm in Roswell. They were able to take me in the same day I called, and my car was finished exactly on the date they promised. The quality of their work is incredible — you can hardly even tell the PPF is on the car. Murad, Jordan and their team clearly know what they’re doing, especially with high-end vehicles. When I dropped off my 4Runner TRD Pro, there was a Ferrari in the shop, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was leaving my car in the right hands. The team is professional, trustworthy, and their prices are very reasonable — much more competitive than other shops I checked.
